Introducing “Cafe Square” a fresh and captivating quartet / quintet from the Southwest that blends various musical styles. The band members each possessa rich background in music, which has inspired them to create a fusion of Cuban rhythms, Latin music, Funk Jazz, and Modern Jazz’s harmonic complexity.
“Cafe Square” repertoire includes not only original compositions but also some of the great contemporary classics by composers such as Chucho Valdes, Jao Donato, Oscar Hernandez, Pat Metheny or Steve Wonder.
As accomplished individual artists, we are thrilled to be a part of this new project and deeply committed to sharing our music with the world. With so much musical experience between us, we are excited to explore this new avenue of creativity and bring our unique sound to audiences everywhere.
