Flat-footed, dyslexic, self-doubting comedy graduate seeks audience for an evening of whimsical fun, stepping out on the rungs of his life. Apply Within. Jacob Hulland receives a vision of a ladder. On the rungs, he sees images of Professor Brian Cox insulting a fortune-telling fish, flashbacks of his bemusing time as a tourist assistant at Salisbury cathedral and shoes... lots of shoes!
