Saoco Collective is a latin jazz group led by pianist/composer Jim Blomfield and playing a dynamic repertoire of original compositions, their arrangements of classic jazz tunes, as well as exploring repertoire from some of the greats of the Afro-Cuban jazz genre such as Ray Barretto, Tito Puente and Chucho Valdes.
A much in demand player, Jim Blomfield has performed at numerous venues and festivals throughout the UK appearing with many different bands and ensembles both in the jazz and latin genres.
