TISBURY CO-OP MEMBERS RAISE £2K+ FOR NEW VIC

A big THANK YOU to Tisbury Co-op members and our local Co-op who have raised a whopping £2,377.99 through the Co-op’s Local Community Fund to upgrade the electrics and improve the facilities at the New Vic@Tisbury. The Hall is the only theatre venue in the local area with a purpose-built raised proscenium stage, an enviable balconied spectator and orchestra gallery, and dedicated multi-functional arts and performance spaces.  These important community facilities are used extensively by a wide range of local clubs, societies, seniors and youth groups.  They include amateur dramatics, other local performing/visual arts groups, choirs, bands, the Tisbury Country Market, and youth organisations including the Army Cadets, children’s musical theatre and creative dance.
